Abstract
This article explores a novel fractional derivative introduced. Unlike traditional fractional derivatives such as Caputo or Riemann-Liouville, this derivative eliminates the memory effect while retaining essential properties required for fractional calculus. We provide an approximation of the proposed derivative and demonstrate its application through examples involving fractional differential equations.
