Abstract

The study introduces a rhotrix-based data analytics framework to evaluate the impact of five major women-centric welfare schemes implemented by the Tamil Nadu government. By integrating multiple evaluation criteria such as social inclusion and economic upliftment, the proposed model applies structured decision analytics and pattern recognition to derive quantitative insights. The rhotrix framework facilitates comparative visualization of program performance and reveals underlying trends across diverse parameters. The analysis not only identifies key strengths and areas for improvement but also enhances transparency and accountability in policy evaluation.
