Abstract

The zero-touch OEM onboarding framework represents a major shift in enterprise automation, merging predictive intelligence, machine learning, and process orchestration to unify ERP, CPQ, and OEM partner systems. Traditional onboarding methods are fragmented, with manual checkpoints introducing inefficiencies and revenue delays. This paper proposes an AI-driven automation model that eliminates manual dependencies by orchestrating deal registration, cost-relief approval, and order booking through self-learning APIs, using twelve quarters of transactional data with ensemble algorithms such as XGBoost and Random Forest to optimize pricing and cost-relief logic. Empirical validation from OEM implementations (Lenovo, Cisco, Fujitsu) shows a 75% reduction in manual interventions, 60% improvement in quote accuracy, and 40% decrease in rebooking errors. The architecture demonstrates how intelligent orchestration layers, combined with blockchain-based audit systems, ensure compliance, transparency, and scalability, supporting global shifts toward autonomous enterprise ecosystems [1]–[15].
