Abstract

The Research Paper Examines The Prospects Of Intelligent Medical Systems (IMS) In Accuracy Of Diagnosis And Administration Of Care In The Healthcare Institutions Of Basrah, Iraq. As Artificial Intelligence Has Increased In Use In Worldwide Medical Practice, The Research Evaluates The Performance Of AI-Based Methods That Have Been Implemented Locally, Including Support Vector Machines, Decision Trees, And Convolutional Neural Networks, When Implemented In Clinical Practice. The Quantitative Findings Indicate That The Diagnostic Accuracy Was Considerably Higher Especially In Cases Related To Imaging, Whereas The Qualitative Interviews Depict The Enthusiasm And The Spite Among The Healthcare Professionals Concerning The Question Of Reliability Of The System, Data Privacy, And Infrastructure Preparation. Results Show That Further Data In A Region-Localized Manner, Technical Education, And Regulations Must Be Established To Allow Effective Implementation. There Is Evident Potential Of IMS Application In Basrah To Enhance Delivery Of Healthcare, Given That The Extant Challenges Can Be Remedied Through A Combined Effort Of Institutions And Technologies.
