Abstract. In this paper, we present a new epidemic spreading SIS model with time delays on scale-free networks. We give formula of the basic reproductive number for the model. The global asymptotic stability of a disease-free equilibrium when and the uniformly persistent of disease when are proved. Numerical simulations are given to demonstrate the main results.
